Welcome to the 3rd Marine Division Realism Gaming Unit website. We are a online realism gaming unit involved in the Day of Defeat; Source (DoD:S) community. The unit started in the FH (Forgotten Hope) mod of BF1942 in 2003, and then moving to games in Valve's Source platform in 2005. We then moved to ArmA2 in September of 2009 after leaving the Insurgency Mod for Half Life: 2.  In May of 2010 the unit moved back to Day of Defeat: Source, and is currently looking to expand into other source games/mods (becoming a multi-game unit).

This unit is a United States Marine Corps based unit. We follow the same command and ranking structure as the U.S. Marine Corps, along with basic customs. We are currently recruiting players of all skill levels who want to be part of a dedicated, respectful team and organization. Our unit is not just for those who are in the military, just those who want to gain something out of and benefit from what they put into their service.
